JOHN (“JR”) A. CLAWSON, JR. – CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
John A. Clawson, Jr., has been with The Clawson Group since its inception in 1979—organizing the company along with his father—John A. Clawson. For the past 32 years he has served in various positions, including closing officer, loan processor, commercial loan officer and President. His years of real estate experience have been an integral part of the successful management and development of The Clawson Group. Today JR is the Chairman of the Board having turned over the presidency of the company to Johnny in early 2006. JR remains very active in all business aspects working closely with Johnny to expand the services and professionalism of The Clawson Group. JR’s main concentration is in production and lender relations. However, as part of his responsibility, he lends his expertise to all loan origination from development to closing. His hands-on approach has helped produce a quality product recognized in the industry and greatly appreciated by both clients and lenders.

JOHN (“JOHNNY”) A. CLAWSON, III , CCIM, – PRESIDENT
John A. (“Johnny”) Clawson, III, CCIM is the President and CEO of The Clawson Group, Inc., a commercial mortgage banking company specializing in commercial real estate financing and related services. Johnny directs the efforts of loan officers, processors, closers and servicing personnel to meet the needs of borrowers and lenders. Despite these management duties, Johnny is consistently the top producer for the company having built up a large client base that relies on Johnny for his financing expertise. Johnny holds the CCIM real estate designation, is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and has a finance degree from the University of Utah. Johnny affiliated with The Clawson Group in August of 1997 working in the operations / servicing areas of the company. Johnny commenced loan production shortly thereafter working closely with his father. Johnny’s sharp aptitude for the business quickly led to his own accounts and relationships wherein Johnny has become a consistent top producer. In 2006, Johnny was elevated to President of the company and he works closely with JR in the growth and development of all aspects of the company. Johnny graduated in 2001 from the University of Utah with a degree in Business Finance. In April 2005, Johnny earned the CCIM designation further enhancing his training and understanding of the commercial real estate industry and markets.

VALORIE WAGSTAFF – LOAN PROCESSOR
Valorie Wagstaff has been with The Clawson Group since 1997. Valorie is well-regarded by lenders and clients for her experience and proficiency. She is detail-oriented and always provides the highest degree of customer service. As a Loan Processor and member of the production and underwriting team, Valorie is responsible for “packaging” loan presentations to lenders.

KEVYN ALDRICH – CLOSING OFFICER
Kevyn Aldrich joined The Clawson Group in 2007. He comes from a strong background in Management and has a finance degree from the University of Utah. Kevyn has been awarded with the “Top Closer” award by several lenders and is known for getting the deal done. Kevyn coordinates the entire closing process between lender, counsel, and borrower ensuring loans are complete and ready to close in a timely manner.

BROOKE CLAWSON – SERVICING ADMINISTRATOR
Brooke Clawson started with The Clawson Group in 2004. She has earned her real estate license and has been involved with all aspects of the company qualifying her as an outstanding leader in the Servicing department. Brooke oversees the collection of mortgage payments, remittances, payment of tax and insurance escrows, property inspections and annual financial reports.
